Objective
The objective of this logo design is to help create and establish myself as a designer. I wanted the logo to be fresh and recognizable
I started off by researching other designer logos and I wanted to set myself apart, but also keep it true to who I am. Two things stuck out to me, I wanted my favourite colour to be in this design (Cyan), and I love to draw. So I created the typography with my favourite colour then I filled in some of the white space with a pencil to add visual interest. I wanted it to be more unique than just words and a pencil so I created a visually appealing P to also maybe one day become an icon for my work.
I used Adobe Illustrator to create the design of this, I created the Icon "p" using blend modes and clever positioning of tints from the Cyan.
